It's fantastic. Airfriers work great, the fries were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The burgers cooked up quick and juicy and the pork steaks were fantastic. The only problem we had was with seasoning the griddle. It was our fault because we didn't have a wind break so the heat wasn't even. Was told that it would even out the more we use it. The kitchen and house stay a lot cooler since we acquired the Blackstone Griddle.

It’s a beast, but the heat level (it can get Hades hot if you let it) and the surface area are well worth the investment!! Seasoning is a breeze - but do your homework- and the air fryers are a Buffalo wing lover (and I GUESS vegetable lover) awesome feature

I love my new Blackstone griddle!!!! So easy to cook on and easy to clean. My dad helped me put it all together, it took a few hours but we did it. The instructions were very easy to understand there was just a lot of nuts and screws. Having the two air fryers on it has been great. I have bought so many other accessories to go with it, makes cooking so much easier. All my accessories fit nicely in the cabinets of the griddle. The Blackstone seasonings are fabulous!!! I think I have purchased all of them lol.

We had a first generation Blackstone and wanted to upgrade. After some research we decided on this griddle. It is perfect! It is much larger, it has the rear grease management and the built in air-fryer is amazing! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this griddle. We have had it almost a week and have used it a ton already. Highly recommended.

I put this together myself only calling my husband out to help with lifting as you'll need to people for that. If you follow the instructions, and actually read through all of it before you begin, it goes together with ease and you'll understand which way the parts go. I read through some comments that give 1-2 stars. Not knowing how to light the air fryers??? Read tge manual and you'll see the igniter for the burners lights the air fryers as well. This deserves a 5 star and anything less is operator error. And just like preheating your oven or other grills... there is always warm up time involved. Very happy with our Blackstone and intend on using in throughout the winter as well. Smash burgers have been a favorite in the last two weeks we have been using it along with tarot tots or French fries! Breakfast has been awesome! Hash brown Pattie's in the fryer or shredded on the top along with eggs back on sausage and pancakes. We absolutely could not be happier!

Never had a Griddle before so wasn't sure about getting one but this cooks great, lots of room at different temperature levels and really like using the air fryer and warmer all at once. Makes it easy to cook multiple items

I have cooked hot dogs hamburgers steaks, sausage, pepper and onions, eggs, bacon, plus in the airfryer i've cooked frozen chicken wrapped in bacon, tatertots and hot dogs. Amazing i can't wait to try more stuff. There is nothing I dislike about this unit.
