It has been great, a really nice hot tub for the money, I am just over 6 foot and it is deep enough for me to sit in with out any issues of it being too short, if we were over weight that could bean issue, but seats 4 adults just fine, maybe 2 children, but probably not 6 adults realistically. No issues with it yet and we've owned it 3 months so far. Love it! It arrived on a pallet and we simply rolled it into the garage, filled it, and it took a little more than 1 day too get up to 104 degrees. Easy to use and maintain...

I did a lot of research on hot tubs and how they are made before I purchased this one. This one has jacuzzi motor parts. It is a solid piece of hardware and durable. I connected it to the convertible upgrade power source and it is amazing ! stays hot at the temp you set it when the jets are on for the duration of your session. With 8 months of running so far, not one issue.

We had to wait for it a long time but now that the whirlpool is here, filled with water and plugged in, we are very happy with it. It's easy to use, holds the heat nicely, and everything works as it should. We have only been using it a week so we can't say anything about durability, but we will follow up in a year or so

I've wanted a hot tub for a few years now but I didn't want to hire a moving crew to get a huge one inside or outside my house this hot tub fits four adults extremely well, I'm 5'10" and the water level is awesome, get the one that has the ozone filtration you have to use 75% less chemicals that way and it works awesome I only use about 2 oz of spa shock every few weeks and one small tab of chlorine and that's all it takes to maintain healthy clean water it's pretty amazing really. I have 5 people in my family the youngest is 13 and we all fit pretty well, the construction and design of the hot tub is really nice The waterfall is really nice if you put it on the lowest setting there's just this natural trickle to it but if you put it on full force it sounds like a garden hose hitting a plastic bucket does it bother me at all we just put it on the setting that we like and leave it and it's so soothing. The spa cover itself is very nice and it has a one year warranty which is a plus just

This was my birthday present to myself! Having a plug n play hot tub at the lake! It’s large design is perfect for many guests to partake and super easy set up! We love the maintenance free body. It should hold up for many years to come!

I have this hot tub and I’m pleased with it performance, however reading the manual it comes with, you can not find the part number for parts , especially the filter which I have to clean more than I care too and there is only 2 of us who use it regularly. I need at least 3 more filters to change out. But finding that info has been extremely difficult.

Great hot tub! We've had it for several months now and are so happy with the purchase. We didn't have an electrician and simply plugged it into an outdoor outlet. It gets plenty warm; we generally have it set around 100 degrees.

Love this tub. Was easy to maneuver when placing on screen patio. Has 6 seats but fits 4 comfortably. Nice quality. Cant beat for the price.
