Love the hottub, except the waterfall, very noisy and useless if several people get in and raise the water level, and they forget to send the hardware for the clips for the cover so I had to wait even longer for that, it took a month and a half to get here that was pretty ridiculous but other than that I enjoy it so far

This is an awesome spa. I love the size, and it’s not too hard to move if you have a few sturdy people to help. It runs only a few times a day so far, and is quite quiet. The seats are super comfortable and the jets are just right. I have wanted one of these for a long time. It was worth the wait! If you’re on the fence, just do it! You won’t regret it!

I love my hot tub. It’s easy to clean. The pressure isn’t really therapeutic, but it’s warm and comfortable and relaxing.

The hot tub is pretty good, but took over 48 hours to heat up. It is as described and seems to be well built. The delivery is why I took a star off. They delivered to the curbside. Would not bring it to the back yard at all. My wife had to wait until I got home so that I could move it. Not an easy thing for a man who is nearly 70.

Excellent purchase, so roomy. Lounger is added bonus. The lights are a little disappointment, just being contained inside filter. I have recommended this hot tub many many times and will continue to do so! We love it

Delivery went great ! Used an off road forklift To bring it around back. Favorite thing I gotta say is it’s so light and easy to move. Jets feel great! My only complaint is I wish there was some more insulation underneath being out there is empty cavities but I’ll take care of that when we drain and clean. As far as the temps go here’s where we are with days high 50 lows 18 1- started at 54 degrees, took 2 days to get to 104 2- increases about a degree and three quarters an hour 3-last night it was 19 degrees, started at 102 after 40 minutes 95 ( still warm )

Delivery was on time. Easy set up! We have not filled it up since we live in Las Vegas and are waiting for cooler weather.
